    What we do

We provide those operating in high performance environments (Military, Elite Sport and Financial Services) with a secure, engaging, and tailored toolkit to build awareness and personal reflection of the key challenges that have the biggest impact on mental health, wellbeing, and performance in these areas.

We also understand that organisations often have a duty of care, both in the workplace and potentially for life after work. We provide expert support to transition to other challenges in life with a clear plan and purpose.

    driving
    us forward

Soteria Director and gambling channel lead, Justyn Larcombe, is part of the MOD research project at Swansea University. His specific remit is to “Scope the Accessibility of Safer Gambling Information in the United Kingdom Armed Forces”.

His expertise and lived experience combined with a career in the armed forces positions Soteria at the forefront of Research and ultimately Product Development for the SAGE Pilot. During this pilot the Soteria gambling online module will be used to collect data from test participants which will then be used in the rollout as part of a Universal Prevention solution to the whole UK armed forces community.

    Why Now?

Mental health has always been an issue, but generations are now more comfortable to discuss their mental health and are more aware of it. This means organisations have a greater responsibility to help. Soteria was set up to provide expertise to organisations in this area.
